Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea. For more information about symptoms, refer to the CDC.
Reminders for COVID-19 testing appointments:
- You must have a recommendation from a Stanford Health Care primary care physician
- You must have an appointment to be tested
- You must present identification at your appointment
- Do not use Uber/Lyft or other ride hailing services
